ICUE, for example, allowed me to use a feature called "retain original key input" so I could just bind F to RMB in my game, make RMB the trigger for the E macro, and press RMB to play F + E easily. There are simple workarounds for this basic macro on nearly every other mouse software. I can't find any way to have 2 keys be pressed at the same time as a single action, and even when I have 1 key able to do it, the macro continues to play either the full delay even when I have "Play while assigned key is pressed" enabled, or it does not loop it when I change it to have no delay attached to the macro. Like having right mouse button to press F+E at the same time, and have it stop when I release the right mouse button.
